Suttner Sewer Cleaning Jetter Foot Valve 3000 PSI 8 GPM

Large opening to plave a foot on BUT
I bought one and the very first time I used it it became stuck in the open position. Thankfully no one was hurt
The other 2 (different brands) I have over 20 years and still are in great working order . The only reason I bought this model was a back up for one of my other Jetters 3000 PSI 4 GPM
I ended up just throwing it away rather then someone getting hurt by an out of control Jetter hose

CODE violation
Because of anti scalding laws from the early 1990's The Gerber 3 and 4 valve shower body are not legal to install because the do not offer pressure or temperature balance
If someone installs this type of valve and anyone is scalded you will lose in case of a lawsuit
NYS has banned these along with many other states
You can get a lot more protection such as a Delta monitor for a lot less money
Rebuilding them is still legal but for safety and code compliance replacement is the right way to go
I installed 100's of these valves in the 1970' and 1980's at that time they were great valves for z very cheap price
