Nutrition content and Fiber, outweigh Dry texture
I have been on a severely carb restricted diet for about 2.5 years so finding a decent size brownie that is just 100 calories that also has 7 grams of fiber really excited me. Now having said this, for most people, those who are use to a regular brownie, this brownie is going to be very, very dry.
At first bite, I was a bit disappointed but once I got into eating it, I found that I quickly adjusted to the texture and taste and enjoyed it.
Since I am limited to 60 grams of carbs a day, the net carb count for this brownie is perfect. I have lost 260 pounds since October of 2013 and want to remain thin and on track with maintaining my weight loss.
For anyone who severely limits carbs in snack foods, I say that it is worth giving this a try. Also for an additional 15 calories you can add a spritz of whipped topping from a can which will counter the dry texture of this brownie.
Snacks are always a trade off,normally either high fat, high carb, and low on fiber or just the opposite. With this item, you can get a chocolate fix without breaking your calorie,fat and carb bank. For myself, this works, but for many people, it will not be the "mouth" feel, moist brownie that they are used to eating.

Higest Quality I Have Ever Found; Excellent Price!
1 of 1 found this helpful I sell under other ID's and prefer to use a hand held tape dispenser with the big rolls of 2" mailing tape that I get at a big box store. I have purchased other dispensers in the past, some break early, others last a bit longer, but eventually all of them become useless, and most are made with plastic or acrylic components. I tried going to an office store, and the only kind that they sell (and always as part of a combo tape/dispenser deal) that are better quality are the ones with the handles which I find heavy and hard on my wrists.
This item is very different. Made from high quality steel, easy to load, comes with an extra (replacement) saw tooth blade, and short of running over it with a steam roller, it would be difficult to break.
If you buy one of these, you are not likely to need another for a very long time (if ever). It is worth every penny and I highly recommend it to anyone who is tired of dealing with flimsy hand held tape dispensers.
