Not New
When you lie about your product, I refuse to use it. I received this product and it was "new" yet had black marks on the copper which is what forms when the product is run a lot and the airflow causes a much different temperature on the outside of the copper. Which means this product was used, just because it was cleaned up doesn't make it new.
I dont know if it works or not, I wasn't going to put it in my client's laptop as I was lied to about the condition.
