Plastic rod too stiff.

The plastic rod is shipped wound in too tight of coils. I could not push it up my pellet stove flu. The rod is heavier than my last one that finally broke after many years of use. I had to soak the coils in a sink of near boiling hot water to enlarge the coils. Evan then it was still difficult to get started and push up the flu from the bottom. The plastic rod is too stiff and not flexible enough to make even 45 degree bends.
