  Good evening Yes the phone cover you sent me for / case does not fit properly I have the OnePlus and 10 phone but the fingerprint hole is too high up and it also is covering one of my cameras I have a four camera plus a flash so total of five this case only has four holes in it then the fingerprint is too high up so I have to take the cover off just to put my fingerprint so there is something wrong please respond by email or call me at 321-380-6471 or I may need to return the product or refund
