Easy to grow.
This is one tough colocasia. It easily survives zone 8A with zero mulch for protection from winter's wrath. The leaves are exactly as pictured. I have had the same plant for three seasons now and it is still going strong.

No leaks
These make great bulkhead connectors for barrels. The gasket conforms to the inside of the barrel and seals well. Being a brass fitting, the threads do not strip as easily as ABS or CPVC and the are also resistant to corrosion.

Pumps hot water through copper coil.
I just purchased a second pump like this one. The first one is on its second season pumping water through a 1/2" copper coil in a wood barrel stove. The hot water exits the copper coil and fills four 55 gallon barrels that heat a greenhouse. It works great and the flow rate is perfect for my application. A recent greenhouse expansion required a second pump and 4 more barrels.
