Does not work

Peprqd does not clamp tight enough to maintain repeatability. Exhibits noticeable looseness. If it did work; it is heavy compared to other pepr type mounts.

Plugable USB 3.0 to HDMI Video Graphics Adapter with Audio UGA-2KHDMI

worked right out of the box

I have an HP DV7 laptop running Win 7 64 bit. Installed the DisplayLink software that came with the Plugable USB to HDMI graphics adapter. Connected VGA port of the HP to the VGA port on one Asus VH238H. Connected Plugable usb to USB 3.0 port on the HP and to the HDMI input on a second Asus VH238H. Set my displays in the Win7 control panel to display all three monitors (no clones) displaying all three monitors! IT WORKS! I am extremely pleased!
