  I asked seller prior to shipping if the item was new without tags, seller responded new without tags. What I received was a worn hat with sweat stains inside the brim. Seller honored the return, the problem I have is the honesty of the seller. I've since donated the hat. eBay is built on trust from sellers & buyers. The hat was labeled new to receive a higher selling point, it was used. I wouldn't recommend doing business with seller regardless of what excuse the seller will reply with.
