They work well
I ordered 2 to be used in a hood over the stove. It has a high and low seetting on the switch. On low the bulbs are full brightness but the flicker/strobing effect. On high they work great. Only issue is the color of the two bulbs is different, not sure if it's a quiet control issue or if they sent different colors
