get the genuine toyota part
1 of 1 found this helpful I went thru 3 of the cheap chinese made clocksprings in a year. Considering your airbag wiring goes thru them, I'd say not to risk it and try and find a genuine toyota part on ebay.

best for DIY ers with tools
it's steel, it's heavy, but it's cheap. luckily it's easy to modify. welds look ok quality, should last. they give you enough extra pieces to make it work, but beware, if you don't have a decent tool setup, you may get frustrated!
