  This is the second Laptop i am returning from this seller. He/She is wrong advertising items. First time the seller send me a diferent Laptop having no Cam, no Optical Drive, and one Bad Battery. Second purchase was better item, but old batteries. Advertise always say "Two brand new batteries" but it is arriving with old batteries. Seller say such batteries are brand new, but i am not blind (Batteries looks old), also i test them in BIOS. Seller returned me $50, but i just want what i did pay

  Excellent vendor, highly recommended. Computer arrived on time. I could not get it to boot (probably a hard disk problem). Contacted the seller and was advised the computer was probably damaged in transit. Seller offered a refund right away and told me to keep the computer. That kind of service - it doesn't get any better than that.
