Received Defective Battery
I purchased a new batter for my MacBook Pro. I took my computer and the new battery to a Computer Shop in the local area. The shop installed the new battery and returned the computer to me. When I got home I checked out my computer. I found that there was no battery indicator in my screen. I looked into my computer and found where I could find the battery health and indication. I tried charging the battery over night. I found the battery would not charge and my computer would not run on a dead battery, I returned the computer to the computer shop and they checked out the battery and the installation. They reported the installation was ok and the battery was defective. They then reinstalled the old battery. The old battery powered my computer ok and charged. I then have tried to contact the supplier by USPS but never heard from them. I reported the same thing to the supplier as I reported here.
