Sears Craftsman 41A5021-2B Receiver Logic Circuit Board Assembly for Door Opener

Saved me $400 for a new opener!

Mounting plate was different cuz mine is obsolete (expected). Circuit board was a direct replacement by removing 6 screws and installing on my existing mounting plate. Easy cheezy!!!
