Bought as a substitute sibling puppy
This was bought as it helps puppies play fight when they are no longer with their siblings and have turned their energy towards their human guardians. It is a spooky looking toy and really quite horrible but our 13 week old Golden Retriever puppy absolutely loves being able to play rough and bite it to his heart's content. It serves the purpose it was bought for.
