Great product for the money
1 of 1 found this helpful If you're looking for an inexpensive espresso machine, this is one of the best ones you can buy. Forget the steam-driven machines for about $30. They're a waste of time and money. And forget the cheaper pump-driven espresso machines. This is a great machine that works reliably and makes a great cup of espresso.
I originally bought this machine about 7 years ago, but didn't keep up with regular descaling (which you need to do), and eventually it was time to buy a new machine (though I probably could've gotten the old machine working great again if I had done several rounds of descaling, I later found out). So this is my second EC155.
Before I bought this, I was going to Starbucks all the time and spending $3-4 for a latte, sometimes even going through the drive-thru and taking it home. This machine allowed me to make espresso at home, and now I only go to Starbucks for the environment. So this machine basically paid for itself in the first month alone!
Like I said: great machine, great espresso; love it. For $100 you can't go wrong! Just be sure to descale with a descaling product or citric acid every 200 espressos or so, and you'll have a friend for life!
One thing: if you don't like the espresso, try a different roast. I originally used espresso roast, and didn't like how it tasted (though I love the espresso Starbucks makes with their espresso roast). Then I tried French Roast, instead, and I found that tasted better in this machine. So you have to try some different roasts. The beans make all the difference with the machine!

Good product
Great product. Fits on easily -- and my bar isn't round, it's oblong. Works well, stays on tight. Recommended.

Nice little mouse
0 of 1 found this helpful Nice little mouse. Works well. Comfortable. Scroll wheel could be a little looser; takes more effort to turn it than I'm used to with my old Logitech mouse. Other than that, am quite happy with it.
