  This was an INCREDIBLY NEGATIVE experience. This buyer was extremely suspicious and demanding from the beginning. When I had to send using UPS instead of USPS he was not understanding of this change. Despite my offering an equivalent value lip product even if it did arrive in a timely manner, he claims it never arrived but never told me he wanted the lip product. He still left negative feedback on my page even though I was communicative throughout this process.
