Great replacement for stock MK1s
1 of 1 found this helpful One of the easiest and fastest ways to increase the volume, tone and quality of sound for your bass. If you have stock MK1s do yourself a favor and upgrade to these. Even without changing out the stock preamp the tonality of the bass is beyond amazing. I highly recommend!

Nice, sharp, clean cuts with good tool control.
These nippers cut the fretwire nice and clean. You can get right to the edge or the fretboard and their size allows for easy manipulation if you want to cut the end bevel to ease fret end finish work. What else needs to be said? They do their job as expected and work nicely.
