Fast,easy, great tasting recipes.

An extensive treatsie on southern cooking.by a Cordon Blu chef.
A very large book. Separate sections have many type food recipes. Like soups. A large verity of types of soups from quick to involved. This book is so big and heavy, a small person could use it to work out with.
