Hot-rodded Lenovo W-530
Pretty incredible machine; loaded with 32GB RAM and a strong Intel quad core processor; running 64 bit W7 Pro - NOTHING slows this machine down. 20+ year Thinkpad/Lenovo user; been using W500's for my 'desktop' and everything else for years; this iteration of the 'W' Thinkpad platform is a quantum leap forward... I will locate and secure more.

Strong performer, good battery life, great features, great 'apps' too!
These are great watches with great GPS and other capabilities. Nice 'apps' built in; ready access to all sorts of alternative 'apps' through the Garmin Express site. Decent battery life for a strong GPS function, and all in all well worth the price of admission!

MSR Talus TR-3 Trekking Pole Standard Length
MSR's been around for years as a brand - and they've been well thought of through the years as well, because their products are absolutely functional and well worth the money spent to get them. This particular product is no exception - really well made, light, strong, functional and not terribly expensive for what they do. These poles are in my permanent kit - I think they're terrific.
