Wonderful book

A small book that deserves to be read every Christmas season. It beatifully evokes the wintry skies, falling snow, warmth of fireplaces, and the energy and joy of chidren in a small seaside villafe in Wales ... and everywhere.

Microplane Premium Classic Fine Grater Zester, Red

Great

I've had several cheese graters over the years. I'm very pleased with this one because it makes grating hard cheeses (like Parmegiano or Pecorino) easier and faster. It is new -- so right now it's also quite sharp. But I think it will continue to make grating cheese much less of a struggle for me.
