Very versatile item
Great product, well packaged and excellent storage shelf for the office. Robust can hold a far amount of weight and looks good

Super versatile
This is a top product, so simple to setup and use, plus it is very versatile being able to charge and maintain a wide variety of battery types. I especially like this for my bike as I can attach the cable to the battery and tuck the fully sealed lead into the tail tidy - then all I need to do is unlock the tail tidy and plug it into the charge leads. No messing around with crocodile clips - such a clever design.

Overall a great headset, highly recommended and well worth the money!
This is a great product.
I had been looking for a wireless headset for both Skype, music use as well as PC gaming and after a long search discovered that this is the most versatile and affordable setup that was available.
For the PC, setup is very straightforward, just remember not to get the two USB cables confused - thankfully Turtle Beach had usefully labelled the cables and I had just failed to RTFM (like a lot of males). They worked right out of the box and Skype recognised the system and included it automatically as the settings to use. After a few days, I have learnt that I don't need to turn the headset off after each use as they go into sleep mode after what seems about 15 mins of inactivity. To wake them up again just hold the power button for 3 seconds and you are back in business.
The mic is very clear and being on a long swivel, can be very usefully tucked away when not in use. The quality of the speakers is exceptional they delivery a very crisp tone and don't have any crackles, pops or static noises that I was fearful of with a wireless system - they are better than my old wired Creative headset. They are demanding enough so that I can easily pick up any poor quality mp3's in my collection (I can even tell the difference between a low quality 128 versus 320 mp3 now). These speakers are also much more powerful than I had been expecting.
Range is a lot better than I could have expected, I could keep talking/listening on Skype and walk into the kitchen to make a cup of coffee (about 20 feet I guess and with a couple of walls in between) without the call dropping out or with any noticeable change in call quality.
I like that all the controls are on the right hand side and that the fitting of the ear cans is able to be fully adjusted - they are very comfortable even after a long period of use.
While these are very good, they are not perfect and I have a few minor niggles.
The volume roll switch is a little too sensitive and when putting the headset on it is easy to turn up the volume by mistake - also it would have been helpful if the volume switch had been a notched wheel, so that you knew when you were changing the volume when fumbling behind your ear. I also would have liked the headset to stay on idle a bit longer as sometimes when I take a break, I find that the headset has turned itself off and then I have to fiddle around to find the recessed power button in order to turn it back on again. Lastly the supposed presets that were offered as part of the package, were no longer available when I went online to register, I had wanted to change some of the settings to see if I could fine tune the audio sound even more to suit the kind of music/games that I like.
Overall a great headset, highly recommended and well worth the money - now I just hope that they are reliable and robust enough for a few years worth of enjoyment,
