Broke while putting it on, poor quality

I am not happy with the holster actually. I was going to use it for the first time and it broke while stringing my belt throught the belt loops on the clip. Not too happy. Id like to know how to return it for a new one or be reimbursed. It broke before i even got to try it, not very safe to secure a firearm. Id like a return lable Brian McCarthy
