Great for Vanilla Extract
I made my first batch ever of vanilla extract with these beans, and will never buy the McCormick extract again.
You can make your own — as strong as you want — for a LOT less money.
The flavor is better in baked goods than anything I’ve ever tasted.

Let the drinking begin
This is great yeast for low alcohol wines. I have never had a problem with any Red Stat yeasts.
