  I love the item it was shipped as described, “new with tags” and it is absolutely beautiful. However, my issues was that it was shipped without a tracking number, so therefore I couldn’t track it. Also it didn’t arrive on the date as expected, it actually arrived a day later. Which wasn’t too bad, but I had already waited almost a week for it. I did reach out to the seller, but never got a response, so I wasn’t happy with the lack of communication, but overall, I’m very satisfied with my item.
