Electric percolator makes hot coffee!
This electric coffee pot makes a hot pot of coffee quickly and keeps it hot after perking. Perking time depends on how many cups you make - a nice feature. It has a short cord -- you could acquire a longer extension cord but it would have to be a "heavy duty" according to the manufacturer instructions (which comes with the pot). The percolator basket (where you put the coffee grounds) was slightly out of round but this did not interfere with operation (the "spreader" still fit well into the basket). The carton had some damage but the product info said it had been inspected. No apparent damage to the product. Carton damage yielded a hefty and attractive 60% discount off list price.
