HP m479fdn can be converted to a wifi printer
The HP m479fdn is a really fast printer and the start up time is fast when in sleep mode. This is a "n" or network printer so it doesn't have wifi and there is no HP product that can make it a wifi printer. However, it is possible. You need a wifi router that can share a printer. Next buy a powerline network adaptor (there are 2 power adaptors with 2 Ethernet cables). It uses your home powerline to transfer the internet. Plug one into your router and the other one into the ethernet port of your printer. Just add the printer using your laptop's wifi and it will recognize the printer. Now you have a very fast Wi-Fi enabled colour printer and scanner!
