Made of thin steel
Ok product but not great. The plate that attaches to the wall started to buckle after 24 hrs. I am not concerned about it falling yet but I did have to re level it after it bent. I put a 55lb TV on it so it was well below the max rate. Also the holes for the lags are not a standard width (16 inches) apart so it must be attached to something else first then wall.

The item fit well and is very easy to install. Great option if you want to mulch your grass clippings.

Huge improvement but not perfect
Made a big difference is smoothness and even quieted down the shifting. The fit is not perfect. I had to polish the inside diameter on the shifter side and the thickness on the brake side. No special tools just sand paper and a file. I suspect it is variation in the bikes not the spacer.
