Easy to use.
This tool is simple yet good quality and easy to use. I found that it formed the DIN flares accurately on copper/nickel pipe an also on the existing steel brake pipe in-situ on the car where I had to join a section of the copper/nickel into the original pipe run. It was good for working in an area of limited access where I think that other styles of flaring tools may have been too fiddly for one person to utilize without help. Well worth the price in my opinion.

Spoiled by lack of quality for a Sealey tool.
1 of 1 found this helpful I was expecting a Sealey product to be better than this. I never had to use the chain link removal pins so I can't comment on them. But when trying to use the chain link riveting function I did not have any success. After getting the chain lined up on the sprocket and pushing the outer plate into position all I had to do was form the rivet head on the link pins. Unfortunately the rivet forming pin from the kit could not make any change to the shape of the link pins despite very careful application of force. Removing the tool, checking , and trying again was performed twice before giving up after the third attempt. After taking the tool apart I saw that the riveting pin had worn away flat, with a small central core point which was extruding up the hollow centre of the chain link pin. The hardness quality of the riveting pin is just not good enough to do a proper job on my 525 size chain, despite the main body of the tool being quite decent for the price.

Functional product and decent quality.
All the parts fit together well. Only problem was that the valve spigot was too small to fit snugly into the fuel hose from my carbs. I had to buy an inline hose connector to put into my carbs hose, and put the other end into a 10cm piece of hose i cut off the 100cm hose that is supplied. Then I could plug the valve into that 10cm piece. Eventually it all worked without any leakage.
