seems to work well

I occasionally use creatine when I feel strength slipping due to age or injury, usually for a few months or workouts, then take a break for a few months. I prefer pills to powder, was using Now product but this looked interesting so I tried it. A month in and I think I've had about a 5-10% increase in strength, i.e., can do 13 or 14 reps instead of 12, use slightly heavier weights, etc. I don't get big but I have seen some increase in definition. I also like that it's vegan, and it hasn't caused cramping, which was a problem for me in past when I took creatine.

Love it!

Love my Stage EX. This is discontinued model that was heavily discounted so there were a few around on ebay that I could afford. Nord Stage is best combo of good sound and manageable size and weight with weighted keys. Not a workstation- no sequencer, drum sounds, etc. This is for gigging players that like classic keyboard sounds- B3, Rhodes and acoustic. It does have synth too (unlike Nord Electro). It also has aftertouch. Seems really well built too.
