I paid good money & he didn't provide what he promised. (2) Every time I tracked the package it only stated "UPS has been provided a tracking number", in other words no movement. So i reached out to seller-Turns out it shipped USPS, not UPS. HIs response-"I'm sorry the tracking was confusing for you. It is unbelievable that you would leave negative feedback because your order was supposed to arrive on Feb 7th but instead arrived on Feb 10th due to extreme snow conditions that were happening here in MN. This buyer was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I reached out to eBay to report his behavior and was promised he wouldn't be able to leave negative feedback but I see he was able to. UNJUST

Works perfect.
I was very skeptical when I made this purchase as it was stated it was refurbished. When I took it out of the box the exterior appeared to be yellowing and looked to be in worse cosmetic condition than my old one from 2004. I plugged everything in, installed a refilled cartridge and it worked perfectly. Prints very clear and fast. NO PROBLEMS whatsoever.
