Looks good, but......
1 of 1 found this helpful So, first impression after unwrapping this guitar was that "this is a beautiful guitar". Nice figure, color, inlay and gold hardware made it sparkle. First thing I noticed is that this guitar was covered with fingerprints, I mean covered.
Not something I expected from a brand new guitar.
Second thing I noticed was that the pickup selector switch had almost as much side play as when switching between pickups. Broken?... not sure, it still worked, but I was dissapointed at the quality, even compared to other chinese LP style guitars I own.
The biggest dissapointment came when I started to play the guitar and and found that it had fret buzz on a several spots of the neck, even after I adjusted the truss rod. That I why I said it was not fun to play.
Reply from the music store I purchased from was:
1. The fingerprints were because we thouroughly inspected the guitar.
2. We did not notice the switch being bad.
3. Sounded fine when it left so you may need to adjust the truss rod.
:-) Every other guitar I have purchased from costing twice as much to my $100 chinese LP have been flawless right out of the box. The chinese LP still plays great after 4+ years as do the other more expensive ones.
On the bright side the tone/wood has good sustain and the hardware and electronics are good.
This guitar has potential and after a professional setup and switch replacement I figure I will have what I was expecting to get in the first place. I just hope the neck is not warped.....

Excellent once you get installed
HD and far superior to OEM which breaks apart over time.
Do not waste your time or money with the cheaper blue belts like I did. Those belts just spin off the wheels and get tangled up behind them.
These are way more expensive, but worth it in the end. A one time fix for the life of your saw.
So, the toughest part is installing these. Heating up the belts warm enough to stretch is not an option since too hot will ruin the belts. The best option is to stretch the belts, but I could barely stretch them and I am not a weakling. I ended up making a stretching jig using a bottle jack.
First image shows how much the belt needed to be stretched.
2nd image shows a jig I made to stretch the belt. I let the belt sit in the jig 1-2 days.
3rd image shows the stretched belt and the last image shows the tools I used to install.
After the belt is stretched it only takes a couple of minuted to install and the belt will shrink tight to the wheel after a few hours or by the next day it is so tight that I did not consider using glue as suggested by the manufacturer.

This is a great product. A little goes a long way with pinpoint application.
I bought this for a non functioning switch, which it fixed.
This will probably be my first line of repair in my electrical toolkit.
