Great phone but it's not completely unlocked.
2 of 3 found this helpful The phone is great it does almost everything I want. What it doesn't do is let you use your phone as a hot spot because it's not a fully unlocked phone. It's full of AT@T apps you can't get rid of. You can use any sun card in it but it is still an AT@T phone and you can't use the hot spot function unless you are using their plan. I even contacted AT&T and they said they can't even unlock that function. I use that for work when I am away from home and need to use my laptop in places with no wifi, but now I can't. My phone also came with a cracked screen but it wasn't that bad and I since my old phone was broken I just dealt with it.
