Catalyst Fuzz pedal

Great pedal if you like smooth distortion and unobtrusive fuzz a la Jimi Hendrix. Extremely well made and well researched as to use transistors etc. that were used in his equipment . I heard him live , and although this pedal is not the exact sound , it is in the same genre of really full round sound . As Jimi used to say " We care for your ears "

Nice in some ways

I think if you play mostly within the first five frets these are very nice strings Two bass strings were out of tune higher up the neck. When I replaced them with another brand there were no tuning problems. I like La Bella in general. Sometimes you get some bad strings a set of many brands.
