Centrifuges well, however...

NICE!
Was able to cycle without as much fatigue as the day before when I wasn't wearing them. I guess they increase venous return to the heart, or something. Bottom line, I achieved a more effective workout.

Don't bother
None of the packs got cool at all. Instead of offering a replacement, they simply refunded my money; didn't even want the product back.
