  Not a great transaction. The buyer claims the item never arrived, and didn't allow me time to chase with post office before opening a case with eBay who ruled in their favour and issued a refund. The buyer lives in a flat, and hadn't checked with neighbouring residents. May well be genuine, but I would have preferred to have worked together to find the item/get PO to investigate.
