  Printers were received, However 3 did not work. We were instructed to send them back with a label provided by the seller. We sent them back and they were delivered. Refund was never processed. I have been attempting to get the seller to process the refund but now he says that he never received requested information of the tracking number from me but he provided the label with the tracking number. Unhappy will not purchase from this seller again!!!!
