Smells great
I actually keep this in my bowling bag. It makes it smell pretty good, quite strong for such a small space though. It doesnt smell like a new car in that small space though, its more like a cinnamon smell.

Great investment, does as advertised and more
The feel of this towel is great. It's so absorbent and porous however that it has a tendency to be stubborn and stick to the ball when I wipe it however, but I know for sure that it absorbs that oil, because I can feel it getting those track marks off every time I use it on a ball. However, since it is rather stubborn sometimes, my hand does absorb some of the blue dye over the course of my normal 2 hour bowling sessions. Over all it feels and looks great too.
The towel came a tiny bit smaller than expected, I was thinking it would have been a bit too large for my hands to use effectively, but it actually fits perfectly, and lets me do more work as long as I can keep control of the shammy. And it's way more flexible than I thought! I can actually stretch it out just a tiny bit, but I usually use this feature to pinch a part of the towel to grab it a bit better.
The picture for this product doesnt do the color justice. Its such a nice, bright blue when you actually receive it. And the small storm logo in the corner, even though it is stitched in, doesnt interfere with the effectiveness of the towel.
Now as for the overall performance of the towel: it beats dry microfiber in almost every way imaginable. Leather leaves the ball tacky feeling, dry, and without any oil at all, and even takes a little dirt with it as well. A standard towel without any cleaner wont do any of those things. The only advantage microfiber has over leather in my opinion is that microfiber has more versatility because it can be used with cleaner or any other liquid, however leather cannot because the chemicals and alcohol in most cleaners will damage the material. I personally dont use cleaner during competition, its just more hassle than its worth in the moment. Using cleaner doesnt give me an extra few seconds to slow down in my head. This shammy however, can do anything a standard microfiber or cotton towel will do, and much more at that.
