faulty shade
this is the second fitting I have bought, the first one was first class ,but the second one has a manufacturing error.. the glass shade at the narrow neck end of the shade has no recess so it cannot accommodate the circular locking ring, hence the fastening screws cannot be screwed in to fit under the lip on the glass shade hence the glass shade keeps falling off !! to make theshade fit I fitted the shade then used the circular locking ring tohold up the shade
