Best foaming cleanser on the market

I am very particular about my facial cleansers. My skin dries out easily and is pretty sensitive, so it can't be harsh. I cannot use products with salicylic acid in them or other "acne fighters". I don't like "cleansing lotions". I want that clean feeling, the lather of soap, but none of the harshness. This is my favorite cleanser. It's worth the money that you would pay at Macy's to get it, but I love finding the deals! It foams up like soap, quickly cleans your make-up (even the waterproof!), rinses clean, and doesn't leave you feeling cracked and dry.
