good but...
So the price obviously good. It is supposed to measure many indicators through a small current moving through your legs. So it does provide many indicators but they only provide a general indication and not the correct value. for example after drinking a liter of water or after a long run where i lost a lot of water, it gives me the same percentage of water. Having said that, i believe it does give very general indications and for example if you will add 5% to your muscle mass it will indicate that you had gained some (maybe 1 or 2% ) muscle mass. i.e. give the right direction.
