Much loved, Fun............
It looks just like my cat, who claimed mine off a top shelf in the livingroom when he was a kitten. When someone swiped it, he pouted for a week until we found the replacement. If it stands up to Tommy, it'll stand up to anything.

2 of 2 found this helpful Holbein CP are richly pigmented, strong and take a long point well. The casing doesn't splinter or chip. They handle well and will give you luscious color while enabling the finest lines. I am told this is because they use a combination of oil and was as a binder. Until recently they were the only Artist Quality pencil to do so. It really makes a difference.

Best in the West
If I had one brand of colored pencil to use in my work, this would e it. I use 3 Artist Quality brands and this is my "go to," for oil based pencil. Beautiful,brilliant coverage at a reasonable price with plenty of open stock sources available and at this size several options if I run out of a specific shade in the middle of a project.
