It works. So well!!
Probably the worst tasting thing you’ll ever put in your mouth in your lifetime. But my milk flow stayed on point way into 10th month of breastfeeding. It tasted so bad I had to take it with tonic water, so, something that’s almost as bad will be a distraction to this taste. My baby , who was exclusively breastfeeding, stayed chummy and full. You can also scoop them into capsules to avoid tasting them. Oh the sacrifices of motherhood.
