Good quality resistance band.
Using it for assisted pull ups and rows. Can be used for many more exercises.
It is definitely of good quality, tried and tested.

Does the job
2 of 3 found this helpful Got the stone to sharpen a blunt Victorinox kitchen knife, which was very sharp when new.
The stone was sufficient in sharpening the knife. Maybe not as sharp as when new, but there is a learning curve in sharpening knives.
Overall at 2.5 pounds on offer, it is definitely worth it.
I couldn't find the grit ratings of the stone on the box it came with, if that is important to you.

Look no further..
This is a very useful pull up bar. Takes no time at all to fit on the door and stays in place securely. Can be stored anywhere as it gets flat. Doesn't put too much downward pressure due to its design and so far hasn't left any noticeable marks anywhere on the door frame. It has been used quite a bit.
