Card would not load independently. I had to go through 6 representatives over a 4 day process to get it to load and then text and min. loaded no data
21 of 23 found this helpful My year plan would not load. I had to contact a representative. The minutes and texts loaded but data would not load. It would be a great help if there was a representative in the U. S. or at least those who have a working knowledge of English. They appear to have a script of answers to possible questions, but if your question is not on the cue card the typical response is "Thank you for calling tracfone." One operator told me I needed to purchase a SIM card=I was already a tracfone customer! It took 6 representatives and 4 days to get my plan straightened out.
