Gevalia Stainless Steel Coffee Canister Rubber Sealed For Freshness

What a bummer!

The photo looked so nice, so I selected this based off the pictures. Well, the finish is matte instead of shiny, so this part was a little disappointing. When I removed this from the packaging, I pulled the knob to take a look inside. The knob came right off, and because of the plastic seal inside the lid, you cannot use the knob at all. It simply pulls right off. The knob is apparently only for looks. The seal inside is very cheap looking, and is not at all straight. Although it does provide a moderately tight seal, if you don't watch this thing, the whole lid can pop up on one side, and you have to keep pushing it down. Occasionally, the lid will go down as it should, the first time around. The only thing I like about this is that it is a nice size. For the quality, the price is about $8-10 too high. I would not recommend

Excellent story about an amazing family

Many, many years ago, I saw this on TV. I really loved the film, and wondered if there was a book. Well, there was, and I hunted it down here on ebay. This is a really great story about a truly amazing family. I am glad I found the book!
