Love this soldering iron. Upgraded from a non-adjustable Weller station that had seen better days. This thing heats so quickly and I appreciate the ability to have multiple set points. Digital control and readout is great.

Easy Wood Tools T25647 1-1/4" 8 Easy Chuck

Love my Easy Chuck

I needed a chuck for my new lathe and started looking at the usual suspects. Found the Easy Chuck and although it is "an investment", the quality and the features are well worth it. I used to do my turning to accommodate the jaws I had on the chuck which was not always the safest idea but the easiest. I no longer let laziness dictate which jaws I use which I feel is much safer. Speaking of laziness, the Zoom Ring is super convenient, no longer do I have to juggle with the wrench to adjust the jaws before tightening them up. Changing the jaws is super snappy and I love the double-ended worm screw that comes with it. I am not limited to one size screw hole AND did I mention the Big Easy Jaws? Again, the Easy Chuck makes putting the Big Easy Jaws on a snap and you can buy adapters for 22". This chuck and options are well worth the money. Top quality gear in my opinion. Bill

Hakka 11LB Sausage Stuffer Stainless Steel Horizontal Sausage Maker SH-5

Terrific, I am ecstatic!

I love this stainless steel Hakka horizontal 7L 11 lb. sausage stuffer, great quality and terrific performance. I have an antique stuffer/lard press I've used for years but often time had a bit of leakage around the plunger and a bit too much sausage that would not press out when the plunger was at the bottom. PLUS, the hand cranking from full bottom stroke to full up stroke to refill was a pain. This unit has zero leakage around the plunger and very very little product left over when the plunger is at full bottom stroke. Since the outlet is centered on the bottom of the tube and no turns or corners in the nozzle path the tube is empty when the plunger is all the way down. The two speed mechanism is a life saver, change the handle to the high speed shaft and zip the plunger goes from through the full stroke with very little cranking. Easy cleanup since it is stainless steel and I'm still wondering why I didn't buy one a long time ago. Super price, about 1/3 to 1/2 of competitors price........
