Disappointed with quality
Disappointed with this knife. I had previous purchased one for myself and that one was good, so i decided to buy 2 more as gifts. Big mistake. 1 of the knifes is missing a screw and hard to open, not smooth like the original one i bought. The other has a loose spring, which rattles and is also hard to open.

Overall, Happy with machine
3 of 5 found this helpful I am happy with the machine but the onlu negative I have, is that the photo shows a lower metal lip, that functions to keep the lower pad from moving around and my machine did not come with one. When I use the machine, I have to be careful that the lower pad does not move when pressing.
