Easy to read and Understand
Very well written and great information. Recipes sound and pictures look great. My only problem is most of them are too involved for me. I am a rather simple person and like quick easy foods without a lot of fuss or unfamiliar ingredients. I am 81 and not interested in learning to cook like a chef. But, as for the book's contents, it seems great information can teach me a thing or two about acid reflux.
