Missing parts (housing and ferrules), but it works well.
I basically received an open box item, when described as "new in box". True, it is a new product, and it did have the box, it was clearly a box rummaged through without all parts included. Its not the biggest deal, because I luckily had some housing when I went to install, but C'mon, that is not the way it should be. It is now installed and working well........ so far.

Fair and good product.
It could have been packaged better, it was just thrown into a box with no protection inside which concerned me since the box was damaged in shipping. it had a couple scratches on the clear plastic, but overall in good shape. Overall happy with them.
