Does what it say and definitely helped.
Dont really care for the flavor. I got watermelon but definitely does what it says. One spray numbs area for a while, expect to salivate more then normal (good thing as adds even more to what your doing) it helped control gag reflex for a while so if have a small beej session its great for a long session you need to spray more than what it recommends.
